  • We work collaboratively with agencies and brand owners offering strategic insights and cultural fluency to enhance their advertising efforts. Our primary objective is to foster inclusivity throughout the entire process, allowing them to gain confidence and effectively engage with a broad range of diverse audiences. We specialise in:

    1. Providing guidance on character development while actively avoiding cultural appropriation and harmful stereotypes. Our expertise ensures the creation of nuanced, multi-dimensional characters and authentic set locations that reflect the diverse world we live in

    2. Offering expert advice on developing narratives that deeply resonate with diverse audiences. We refine messaging and scripts to ensure the use of inclusive language and cultural sensitivity

    3. Supporting the entire advertisement creation process, from briefing to post-production, in order to identify and maximise inclusion opportunities, such as diverse casting and partnerships

  • We facilitate inclusive marketing and communications workshops for local and international brands, enabling teams to communicate confidently. We help brands move away from tokenistic observances of cultural moments to taking a more culturally relevant commercial approach to engaging the UK's breadth of communities.

    Sessions are tailored to focus on engaging different communities, cultivating culturally fluent communications and borrowing brilliance from great comms and campaigns that have gone before.

  • We partner with brands to develop inclusive marketing charters and guides to aid teams in developing culturally fluent communications that engage different communities 

    Our community of consultants is on hand to help brands and organisations present themselves in a way that avoids tone-deaf communications.
