Coldr were wonderful to work with - I found the team patient, kind and with a can-do attitude, which was required for our unusual project. Most of all I was impressed with Kam and the team’s strategic input. Kam is a highly experienced communications professional, leading a great team.”

Power to Prosper programme by the New Economic Foundation and The Runnymede Trust

Shifting power to minoritised communities.

Community organising. Resource shifting. Asset building.  Economic power.

BRIEF

Runnymede Trust and the New Economics Foundation (NEF) sought a strategic agency partner to spearhead a new three-year transformation programme, Power to Prosper. Coldr was tasked with leading the communication efforts of this ambitious project which aims to address the root causes of poverty, inequality, and problem debt, which disproportionately impacts minoritised communities.

APPROACH

Our primary objective is establishing Power to Prosper as a long-lasting and authoritative social justice movement. To achieve this, we used our ICE framework to craft a robust, community-first communications strategy, social media and content strategy, and a compelling narrative to re-imagine power for those experiencing problem debt.

As the lead communications partner, working with many stakeholders and collaborators, we nudge audiences to look at problem debt differently.
