Inclusive Marketing Workshop
British Airways (BA) recognised a need to become a more inclusive employer and brand.
Coldr has been retained by BA to provide consultancy on its inaugural I&D comms strategy launch including comms and content development and delivering inclusive language and comms workshops to ensure the strategy lands well across its colleague community. These workshops specifically focused on cultural sensitivity and key considerations for LGBTQIA+, Disabled, Black communities and socioeconomic/class communities within the company. Workshops attendees reported increased confidence and a deeper understanding of how developing Cultural Capital is essential to achieving inclusive language and comms goals.
In addition we support BA’s comms teams with consultancy across key launches on it’s DEI calendar including it’s All Black flight and SpeedBird Academy launch.
